VAT is not applicable on any delegate fee

Registration fees differ depending on your company's category and time of registration and payment. Please review the table above for your company's category and the Delegate Registration Fees.

The Delegate Registration Fee includes access to all conference items listed in the agenda unless stated otherwise (i.e. additional workshops or central bank summits if you are not a central banker).

Hotel accommodation and transportation costs are not included. To make a reservation at the venue hotel, please return to the Hotel page of the Seminar website after completing the Delegate Registration process.

Fees are due upon receipt of invoice, any fee remaining unpaid by a rate change deadline will be automatically increased to the appropriate rate and a new invoice updated. All payments must be completed in full before entry to the event will be permitted. Any payments requiring completion on site may incur a 5% administrative fee.

*An ‘Industry Supplier’ designation can be applied any company that is not a Bank, Casino, Retailer, CMC (CIT/Armored Carrier), Currency Exchange, Government or Federal Authority and one who does not sell products or services that compete with any of our Sponsors' products or services.

**A registered spouse/guest cannot have any representation or connection to a registered company.

Refund Policy

To Cancel:

To cancel your conference registration, please write to Zoey Woodward. You must separately cancel any existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel to avoid or minimize any cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund of fees less 15% administration charge if written cancellation notice is received up to 8 weeks prior to conference commencement.
  • 50% refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to conference commencement.
  • No refund of fees for cancellation within 4 weeks of the conference commencement.
  • A 10% late payment penalty may be applied to pay fee or part fee outstanding at the start of the conference.

Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge.

Photo Requirements

All delegates will be given access to the dedicated event application, therefore, during the registration process, please be prepared to upload a current, passport style photo to be loaded into the event application on your behalf. For registered Spouse/Guest badges, please email a passport style photo to  Zoey Woodward.
